He previously worked in the state-owned enterprises of China as a senior executive for more than 20 years, engaging in international trade, overseas investment and financing, and business management. He was responsible for operating and managing multiple overseas subsidiaries of SOEs in USA, Hong Kong, Australia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, and Namibia, etc. He oversaw and undertook the mergers and acquisitions of Africa Mineral Ltd., UK and Brunswick Roll-Stock Leasing Company, Russia, and the equity transaction and leasing cooperation with Atlas Iron Ore Corporation and One Steel Company, Australia. He had cooperative business relations with many banks, including Swiss Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Orix Japan, HSBC, Hong Kong, and many Chinese banks.
Mr. Zheng has significant experience and connections in rail transit and mineral resources, is familiar with the operating model of international financial industry and has maintained excellent relations with many large global companies.
He is the President of Cool Planet Technologies Ltd. and the Partner and Director of Shearwater Resources Ltd., UK. He served as the President, CEO, and Director of multiple companies in Iran, South Africa, Liechtenstein, Saudi Arabia, Austria, and Sweden. Mr. Carlstroem graduated from Lund Institute of Technology, Lund, Sweden, and London Business School, London, UK.

He was a senior advisor with Zhong Xin Law Firm, a leading comprehensive law firm in Beijing, China, formerly a Crown Prosecutor in Alberta, Canada, a professor of International Law and Intellectual Property Law at Kwangwoon University and an international legal advisor with Aram International Law Firm and Patent and Trademark Office in Seoul, South Korea.
Daniel Gao worked as a Project Manager at a large Power Engineering Design and Consulting company, Beijing, China, responsible for developing overseas electric power projects. He has participated in these projects: 70MW and 100MW power station in Nigeria, 10MW Mongolia power station investment, 10MW power station in Australia, 35MW power station in Kazakhstan, 330/132KV and 132/33KV transmission projects in Nigeria, Ghana water supply projects, and 10MW power station in Mongolia.
Daniel Gao holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in University of Waterloo, and obtains Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) and Financial Market Certificates from the Securities Association of China.
